Merci de votre retour. Effectivement les cales glissent plus ou moins facilement selon le modèle/fabricant de profilés métallique. Pour faciliter l’assemblage, n’hésitez pas à écarter légèrement les flancs du profilé.

I am satisfied with the products, I managed to assemble my furniture, without ever having used this system. The only downside, the plastic nipples that allow the fitting of the different Kinook parts seem fragile to me, during the disassembly of an assembled part, 2 nipples broke. I didn’t pay attention to keeping the set square. But I regret nothing, for a Sunday handyman like me, this system has greatly simplified my life and allowed me to make a piece of furniture at a lower cost.

Merci pour votre retour. Effectivement les petits tétons peuvent casser, cela arrive notamment avec des profilés de grande longueur au moment du montage si on exerce un effort perpendiculaire trop important. Si cela vous arrive, vous pouvez coller les cales, elles sont en ABS, matière qui se colle facilement avec une colle pour plastique dur.

Effectivement ce n’est pas normal, nous avons ouvert un incident avec Mondial Relay pour qu’ils retrouvent le colis et vous livrent rapidement. Si colis introuvable, on vous renverra un nouveau colis.

I was super excited about the concept but impossible to use the shims as I wanted. I wanted to create formwork above my 6 meters worktop in my kitchen but the shims are useless, the structure falls because the uprights slide off the shims. I think the product is effective when there is support with the ground, really a shame. The mini shims were useful to finish a covering with furs, it was very good because there is a support to the ground.

Effectivement sur une grande structure au plafond les montants auront tendance à glisser. Afin de maintenir la structure, vous pouvez visser une vis dans le montant vertical et l’enlever afin de créer un copeau qui empêchera le montant de glisser, vous pouvez aussi visser au fur et à mesure les montants verticaux dans les cales. N’hésitez pas à contacter notre service client pour ce genre de questions.

I am starting my second project with Kinook shims (the first recently completed project being a bookcase with integrated TV). These Kinook shims are a treat for those who want to make complex constructions. For me, it’s almost like a big game of Légo on a 1:1 scale. I have other projects under study, in particular a buffet whose load-bearing structure will also be made using Kinook shims. Your victory in the Lépine competition is well deserved.
